Destination Dreaming #6 An In depth look at Adventure Canada’s Scotland Slowly Itinerary
ek I had the opportunity to meet with MJ Swan from Adventure Canada and we looked into two of their amazing itineraries, we looked at Scotland Slowly and the Faroe Islands.
For those of you who don’t know who or what Adventure Canada is, they are a Canadian owned family company, they operate out of Canada — Betcha didn’t think that with the name lol — but they are an expedition cruise ship company. They sail to Scotland, Ireland, Shetland Islands and Antarctica and many more places. I will be meeting with them in November to go over their brand and do a look at what they offer then, but for this video and post, we are going to do a deep look at two of their itineraries.
I am going to put the video here, then discuss it below with the highlights and the slides so you can see them better and learn all about these amazing areas!
Destination Dreaming #4 Belize has The Great Blue Hole, Diving, Ruins, Wildlife, and of Course, Beaches
I am amazed at the diverse areas that Belize has for such smaller square footage of area! You could spend 2 weeks here and still not do everything and see everything. Want to go zip lining? Check. Want to explore Mayan ruins? Check. Want to cave dive the amazing Great Blue Hole? Check and Check! Want to see Jaguars and monkeys? Check. Is bird watching on your list? They have that too! And of course its an island so yes, even swimming and a beach day is something you can do.
Destination Dreaming #3 Nova Scotia is so Culturally Rich you Need to Explore It!
I had the privilege to meet with Meghan from Nova Scotia, Canada this week for our episode 3 in the destination dreaming focus episodes. I am in awe of what Nova Scotia has to offer! There is way too much to do in one week, I think we should make our visits at least 10 days or plan another trip! It is so refreshing to tour our own country, you know the language, and the dollar is always at par. Plus, you don’t need to worry about your cell coverage. You won’t have any large roaming bills when you explore your own country.
Destination Dreaming #2 With Jamaica. They Have Such Diverse Areas You Have to See it to Believe it!
For this week’s YouTube Video I met with Racquel, she is a representative from Jamaica and I am so happy I met with her! I loved learning all about what they have to offer!

This past weekend my husband and I went away for our 27th wedding anniversary. We choose to try a new hotel, partially because where we usually went was getting a bit boring. Also, partially because I wanted to try Residence inn, a hotel owned by Marriott is where a client is going to be staying this summer and I wanted to check out the hotel. This was is not in the same location as they are going but we had the same room type. We choose to go to the Muskoka area, and I really enjoyed it!

First time Cruising FAQ
When we were planning our first cruise, I had so many questions. I lived on cruise forums, I asked others who had cruised, and I even called the cruise line to get my answers. So, I thought I would make a blog post with some first time cruising questions.
